The Dar Al-Khalaf Institute for Private Training in cooperation with the Abdul Aziz Hamad Al-Saqr Center for Development and the Kuwait Chamber of Commerce and Industry held the training program
(Fish farming) during the period from 2 to 5 April 2017 at Wafra farms, and the other session from 9 to 12 April 2017 at Abdali Farms.
 introduction :

Fish farming means intervention in fish care to increase production by breeding, fertilizing, feeding, controlling the environment and protecting it from predation and disease.
Due to the availability of brackish water in Kuwait, which does not exceed 15 parts per thousand, it is possible to breed tilapia or any other fish. The name Tilapia is derived from the African language and means fish, endemic to Africa and the Middle East, living in tropical and subtropical regions. Tilapia after Carp (Carp) is one of the most common fish for aquaculture in the world.
Global production of cultured tilapia in 2014 was 4,850,000 tons, followed by Fish and Salmon. China’s largest producer by about 1,650,000 tons.
